PulsPlasma® Oxidation Utilization |
Automotive suspension ball joints, which are continually exposed to corrosion attack, can now be effectively protected by a defined plasma oxidation step following plasma nitriding.
On tool holders for coated indexable inserts, plasma oxidizing can be used to produce an attractive, uniformly black colour.
Hydraulic pistons are durably protected against corrosion by plasma oxidizing.
