Sales Specialist Plasma Nitriding Furnaces for Steel Parts With Home Office, North America

PlaTeG GmbH, Germany (www.plateg.com) is a World Leader in Pulse Plasma Nitriding & Pulse Plasma CVD Technology for the surface treatment of materials for wear resistance. Through its North America affiliate, PVA TePla America, Southern California (www.pvateplaamerica.com), the Company is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist ideally located in the mid-West USA.

The successful candidate should have an intimate knowledge and understanding of Pulse Plasma Technology related to materials, processes and / or equipment. In addition, the candidate should be proficient in prospecting and proposal writing as well as willing to travel, attend meetings that include presentations to customers / prospective customers and participate in trade shows and conventions.

This is a challenging "hands-on" position requiring a disciplined, highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Emphasis shall be in the development of NEW business and in servicing established accounts.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science (Metallurgical) or Mechanical Engineering + 5 years experience in a related field would be beneficial. A comprehensive training program will be provided at both PlaTeG's Headquarters in Siegen, Germany and at PVA TePla America's Headquarters in Corona, CA.
